1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Horse Master Elite ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Educational and research use only
The Service provides racing information and analysis only. We do not provide betting advice, tips, or recommendations. All analysis, selections, model outputs, and narrative content are offered for informational and educational purposes to help you understand horse racing. Any decision to place a bet is yours alone. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place and any resulting losses.
3. No guarantee of results
Horse racing is inherently uncertain. Past performance, model outputs, and historical track records do not guarantee future results. We make no representation that any analysis, selection, or strategy will be profitable. You acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you may lose your entire stake.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gambling and the use of racing analytics services are legal in your jurisdiction.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions, free trials, and billing
The Service is offered as a recurring subscription with the following terms:
- Free trial: The monthly Horse Master Elite plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. You enter a payment method at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- After the trial: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged £29 per month until you cancel.
- Billing: Subscriptions (£29 per month, or £290 per year) renew automatically until you cancel. The annual plan has no free trial and is billed from the day you subscribe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-billing-period, you will not receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period unless legally entitled.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data, analysis, or content; (c) share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account; (d) use automated tools to extract data; or (e) use the Service in a way that could damage or impair its operation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including analysis, text, graphics, logos, model outputs, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
9. Third-party data
The Service incorporates data from third-party sources (racecards, form, odds, and results). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on third-party data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from betting decisions made in reliance on the Service. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all subscriptions end and no further charges apply (except where already incurred).
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
