Disclaimer

Horse Master Elite is a racing information and analysis service. All content — including race reads, Top Reads, ratings, market reads, track and draw bias, trainer, jockey and form breakdowns, verdicts, answers from Ask Horse Master, and any narrative — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is designed to help you understand horse racing.

We do not provide betting advice, tips, or recommendations. Nothing on this Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to bet on any horse, in any race, or at any odds. The Service does not tell you what to bet on, how much to stake, or whether to bet at all. Any decision to place a bet is entirely your own.

If you choose to bet, you do so at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place and any resulting financial losses. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose. The Service is a tool for understanding racing — it is not a substitute for your own judgement.

Horse racing is inherently uncertain and unpredictable. Model outputs, historical track records, and past performance are not indicators of future results. We make no guarantee — express or implied — that any analysis, selection, or strategy will be profitable or successful. Winning selections in the past do not mean future selections will win.

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources, including racecards, form figures, official ratings, odds, and results. While we strive for accuracy, we do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on data that is inaccurate or delayed.

Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. The Service deals with horse racing analytics only and should not be relied upon for any financial decision-making beyond your own personal, informed choices about betting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of the Service or from any betting decisions you make in reliance on its content. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 and over (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you are under this age, you must not use the Service or place any bets.
